At Las
Animas Wood Products, we believe that the warmth and impact
of solid wood mouldings will provide long lasting quality
and value to your projects. With a long history of success
and experience in the power of wood trim, paneling and accessories
within a quality home, we can provide an affordable source
for a wide variety of premium custom products.
We start
with high quality kiln dried lumber, rip it ourselves and
then each piece is milled by operators with many years of
experience. All this is done on european designed machinery
to ensure that your product is the finest it can be. Every
piece is then hand inspected to make sure it is of Las Animas
Wood Products quality. Quality control and hand inspection
is crucial in millwork and a source of pride for Las Animas.
Whatever
design you're after from contemporary to traditional we can
create the style that reflects your individual needs and tastes.
We invite you to take a look at our moulding profiles for
inspiration. Keep in mind, we also custom mill to match a
sample or to specifications. We have hundreds of knives in
stock so we can usually match a sample without having to grind
a special knife. When we do need to grind a set of knives
we do it in house with our profile grinder.
Custom
run mouldings are priced with a set-up charge, run charge
per lineal foot plus the cost of the raw material. We have
no minimum quantity.
Custom
knife grinding is priced separately and will vary depending
on the size of the profile.
We can
custom mill mouldings in many different species and grades
of hardwood, softwood, exotics and reclaimed lumber.
Our
usual lead time for custom mouldings is two to three weeks
depending on our work load at the time.
