Solid Hardwood Flooring
Las Animas Wood Products is a manufacturer
of high quality hardwood and softwood plank flooring. Our machinery
and lumber supplies are better utilized to produce 3", 4", 5"
and 6" plank flooring rather than large volumes of narrow strip
flooring.
Manufacturing strip flooring is a
process that converts low-grade lumber into a salable product.
Because of this low-grade lumber, mills cannot produce the long
wide cuttings needed for plank flooring.
At Las Animas we produce flooring
that is customer specified. This allows the client to select not
only the species and grade of the lumber but also the width or
widths. Consequently, we are able to utilize full length lumber
resulting in long plank flooring. Because each floor is custom
made, we do not inventory any flooring.
